KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with cooking ware and utensils including plates, bowls, cups, glasses, riedel wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans and everything you will need.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Tenants must be 25 years, families welcome. The owner retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met. The credit card may be charged up to $5000 after end of lease if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing.

NO NOISE POLICY IN EFFECT: 10pm - 8am. This is a family friendly, peaceful space available for one to two people to enjoy. Quiet and respectful guests welcome. Smoking or vaping is not welcome anywhere on the property. No pets (but possibility of small non shedding dog upon request).
